**Spa Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: If you need to change your appointment time, we require a 48-hour notice, and are happy to find another time with your schedule. If you are requesting to cancel your appointment, please email us at jinjubeautyhonolulu@gmail.com, with minimum 48-hour notice (ideally sooner, so that we can try to fill your spot). For cancelled appointments, we refund 75% of your treatment cost. The 25% charge is used to cover high credit card processing fees and lost appointment opportunities. We ask that you respect our business’ time as we run a solo-esthetician practice and our owner’s time is limited.
